Everything is beautiful : Juliana, the places, the practices, the words... So naturally, as I was looking for a way to improve my practice of yoga, it happened that you published the teaser of the retreat...My husband gifted it to me for Christmas :))) It was for me a hard week because I wasn't used to practice so much and my body showed me his limits...and the very interesting thing was that you helped me a lot with that: acceptance, patience, kindness and stillness. It was a very rich week of experimentation of my body, mind and soul !! Now I can feel Yoga has no limits
