I just finished the retreat and it's just wonderful and effective. Mark and Juliana did a huge work .... besides the images and the selected sublime music, everything was planned in your path, all the little details in which you can feel the love and the sense of respect for the buyer. The studied progression in the physical and mental stages, as well as Juliana's voice, allows you to reach the end of the retreat by being well in your body and with lots of projects. I thank them because the program was beyond my expectations. The retreat at home is really a nice idea
