I wanted to finish the series that I purchased and I have to tell u, this is the very 1st workout that I have done that doesn't just effectively tone ur body but the day to day episode tranquillizes a person's mind. Since I am not getting any younger, I started realising that I wanted to start gearing to a workout that will just be as calming for my body - even if the right amount of HIIT and cardio are so beneficial for our health. The series gives me exactly what I have been looking for. Strength, a good amount of cardio and hiit that are so friendly for the joints, pilates and yoga. I want to be consistent with my workout & so as meditation. I have been a practitioner of meditation though not consistent esp when u have 2 kids but since day 1 that I had purchased the series, after hearing Juliana's calming voice & after the workout, something about her just motivates me to practice meditation even just for 10 mns daily. Seeing Juliana's presence on every episode exhibits so much harmony that it influences you to be in that kind of state of mind - full of joy, wisdom, sincerity, kindness. She is a walking placidity in my book. If you want to practice the stillness of the mind while witnessing how your body transforms, purchase this workout. You get 3 for the price of one. Meditation, Body transformation and Ultimate vacation 😂 The cinematography and Mark's camera skills make everyone feel like they are practicing with J in that place. Both of you compliment each other. Everything is beautiful. Everything is peaceful. Everything is serene. J&M are too unpretentious that you just want to continue working out with them. I will continue this workout for the rest of my life and possibly add some other series when my body is ready to learn new movements. Thank you for creating this and for doing what u guys are doing.
