Boho Beautiful is a wonderful yoga/pilates/meditation YouTube channel. I follow Juliana and Mark daily. The fitness programs are fun challenging and interesting to do. It is very convenient to do right in my own bedroom. Juliana is a wonderful instructor. She gives easy to understand instructions along with positive encouragement. Following Bohobeautiful has changed my life. I feel more confident in myself. I like how there is no dogma,segregation, or demand to be a certain way in order to perform a yoga practice. The scenery and camera work is so beautiful too. Bohobeautiful is a complete company for anyone who is interested in yoga/pilates and meditation. Not to mention becoming more informed on how to do a plant based diet that isn't gross! Tasty recipes and ideas. ♡♡♡BB
