Good exercises, actually complete, nice setting, nice music, and above all clear speaking of oral guidance well synchronised so as to follow the flow on time with useful tips of correct posture without putting stress which would destroy the "yoga" spirit...
Actually the only site where the instructions are put secondarily on the film!
