Had this 10 day meditation bought for me as a gift- although I haven’t done the full 10 days yet I have really enjoyed the meditation that I have done and the positive feelings and messages that you get from each day. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to take a short 10 minutes to relax each day as the benefits of doing this are great.
