I can only thank you for your courses which I adore and which bring me a lot of well-being and serenity everyday. I have been following your lessons on youtube for a few years but I admit that I decided to buy the yin yoga class a few months ago after discovering that I was sick and after having undergone 3 surgeries. these courses were extremly beneficial for me, for my relaxation and my physical and mental recovery.
