I love the you tube channel, the locations they shoot their videos are so beautiful and well chosen! The full length classes are very effective, challenging and I am looking forward to my workout with Juliana every day. Their approach to clean eating is also very inspiring for me. And last but not least, there is a lot of warmth in their videos, which makes the workouts easier and helps to return to yourself every time you start practicing.
