I am so very please with the three products that I've purchased so far (Boho Complete, Boho Transform and Boho Retreat). The programmes in themselves responded to my need for qualitative and inspiring content, that I could safely practise in the comfort of my home while increasing my strength, flexibility, body control, body awareness and autonomy. The instructions are good, encouraging and offers alternatives to progress from a beginner level to a more advanced one. The production is great and the locations are so so beautiful.
