I have followed Juliana and Mark on their journeys for over 3 years by now and admittedly took time until I purchased my first product. Throughout these years, I was constantly fascinated by Juliana's calm teaching approach and her ability to deliver rigorous flows in an elegant way. For the longest time, I believed that her Youtube classes were sufficient for my practice. Now, since my desire to support her grew, I decided to purchase her Retreat program during a time where most of us were given the chance to go inward. In this program, I realized so much MORE to Juliana's practice and unique Yoga style. On this retreat journey, I challenged myself to show up on the mat on a daily basis. And I thoroughly enjoyed (re)discovering a wide range of styles. This helped me in grounding myself and I regret not having participated in earlier programs due to my hesitation. I am also fully satisfied with her Patreon content as she is able to go more in-depth on different postures there.
