I just finished the two week Boho Beautiful Complete program and definitely enjoyed it! The Pilates and Yoga Workout videos can be quite challenging, and I loved having Yin Yoga interspersed between those work outs to work on flexibility. I'm now doing the program a second time and am super excited to see how much I've improved. I also downloaded the Yoga Retreat and can't wait for that next challenge. Never thought I'd be a yoga person, but now find I crave a little bit of yoga/me time every day.
