Boho has good focus on the subject of yoga, in a professional, yet approachable manner. Clear and easy to follow instruction, with little confusion. I like the balance between the physical, mental and meditative/spiritual aspects, guiding us to internal balance and unity of being. What initially attracted us to Boho is Juliana's physique and perfectly choreographed grace but more importantly, what holds us there is the high quality, insight and seriousness by which she teaches and guides. The Boho offering resonates perfectly with what we look for in a yoga teacher.
