Hands down the absolute best! I wake up every day excited to hit mat and that is something that has never I have never done. I have spent so much money in the past on workout programs that I would end up losing interest in within the first week and giving up. Boho Beautiful is the opposite, I was hooked from the moment I found the first video on YouTube. Not only have I seen my body change from the workouts but my mind, my eating habits as well my attitude. Juliana and Mark have taught me to love my body and be patient with it. I owe so much to Mark and Juliana, they have transformed me inside and out! So much love from me to them!
