The program is wonderful and I’m very happy with it. I’m just practicing regularly and I’m on day 10, I feel the difference in my core and I feel stronger. Actually my son joined me already on a couple of classes and he loved it and he will continue to practice with me. I’m trilled and excited. I believe I can repeat the cycle once I reach the last video and I will start over again. You are amazing and thanks a million for your dedication, inspiration, work, passion, light and love that you bring to us, God Bless you! 🙏
