5***** Lots of yoga/workout videos are done by people who love the sound of their own voice and think that the viewers would rather hear about their own personal journeys rather than simply enjoying a yoga/workout session. Not here though. The balance between injecting personality and making a professional workout for people to follow at home is spot on. Nailed it!
