I had no idea what I was getting myself into by watching a first video of you on YouTube... what a journey! At first curious and innocent trying some yoga, some Pilates. But after buying the ten day program I got into it. Especially now, I am really feeling some benefit, in mind and body. Not every day is perfect, sometimes I skip... but I feel bad right away. I am excited to start the yoga retreat and discover more about myself and yoga. You (both) inspire! I feel you both too are growing and getting even better in what you do, that inspires even more.
