I really wanted to write this to the instructor. I want to let you know, simply put-I am so very thankful. I am a teacher and have searched for pilates videos for probably 3 years. I somehow came upon yours and was delighted to find free videos, as many know teacher's pay is limited. I have been working through different segments for two weeks, and I see a difference. I have "saggie" skin which will probably never go away, but I love what I am doing and I thank you with all of my heart. Even if one day, you decide to travel and enjoy-you have given to others.
