I can't really write a review about the content since I asked for a return of my money after receiving links for the downloads. First of all I love all of Juliana and Marks pilates videos on youtube, cannot get enough. Real quality videos and effective pilates workouts. I am a pilates fan. I purchased the pilates bootcamp expecting to get pilates, which for the most part the content is, but it also includes a yogalates. There lacks content description of what exactly it is you are buying before you purchase, only after you purchase do you see what exactly you are going to get. However, the company kindly refunded my money immediately. I would buy the pilates bootcamp in a heartbeat if it the content was pure pilates. Thanks.
