I have done all four of the yin yoga downloads and I'm so impressed! The backdrops, the camera work, the actual postures, along with Juliana's calm and inspirational narrative, makes for beautifully presented practices. I look forward to the hour that I set aside for my practice and, with Juliana's near-meditative and encouraging guidance through the postures there isn't a more top-notch yogi or perfectly produced yoga presentation available anywhere.
