Just finished the 14th workout today. Overall, most of it is very challenging, but not so much that it's too intimidating to keep going. I would definitely recommend you have a little knowledge of yoga and experience with body weight exercises or it could be too intimidating for you. I started this after recovering from a wrist injury that caused me to lose a lot of strength and muscle tone. I've been able to build much of it back as well as increased my range with yoga postures with this program. I loved it and it leaves me wanting more so I purchased more of your programs! Thanks Juliana and Mark! You are inspiring. 😍
