My two weeks with Complete challenge were just fantastic!
Talking about physical changes: my goal was to become toned and to reach my desired weight, but the result exceeded all my expectation. I even discovered the "new" muscles in my body:) I cant believe that it could happen in 2 weeks only.
Menthal and emotional changes: Julia, you are not only a great yoga and pilates teacher, but also an amazing motivational coach and mentor. You made me believe that I really can do everything. On the top of the excersizes, I followed your nutrition and lifestyle advices and I got so many positive changes in my life.
