I had never done yoga and was sent the link to the website by a friend to try. The free videos cover everything but I have also signed up as a member and purchased the yin journey. Juliana has a soothing toneand is not patronising and adapts to every level. The music is good and following this since March has been enjoyable and it is great to do something that I would never had tried. Great website.
