Amazing... My routine is 3 of her 20 min advanced yoga classes on youtube, and then this program, 20 min Ab workout, and then 30 min cardio. Love love love. I consider myself pretty fit, and I think to lose weight diet is definitely really important for me. Nonetheless i am always dripping sweat in her program. Other than the Yin Yoga of course. But amazing.
