Would have given this company-1.
Having a huge ongoing battle to try to get a refund. Have requested CEO contact details several times. Unable to contact anyone by phone. I have provided screen shots of tracked return receipt. My e mails have been answered by 6 different people whom I believe are outside the UK. I would avoid this company who, include Debenhams, at all cost. I will now have to issue a claim through the Small Claims Court.
