BGST . Just WOW . It’s just fantastic . I suffered a few years ago with mental health and I’ve always believed that there is a stigma for men/boys . We can’t get sad/cry or even talk because we were looked at differently if we ever did . So we keep it hidden . I can honestly say the best thing I ever did was talk . I then came across BGST and there message is spot on. When I wear my T-shirt is a conversation starter with people I’ve never met .
