“Dispatch is super slow and their refund policy is awful.
Considering their supposed ethos their customer service is very poor.
I wish I’d never bothered buying anything from this company, which is huge shame as they’re profiteering from a good cause.”
“I manage a mental health nursing home and many of the people living in the service have very limited clothing and significantly short funds available to purchase clothing. I reached out to BGST and tried my luck and asked if they would ever consider donating anything to us for those we support to make use of.
Tania from BGST got back to me and has arranged a donation of clothing for us to have, Tania has been communicative, friendly and so helpful.
I also love that in every email from Tania you get a smiley face :)
I honestly cannot express just how important, kind and beneficial this donation is to some incredibly vulnerable and often forgotten about individuals in our community. This donation will enable those individuals to have a choice of new clothing, often for the first time in a long time.
Thank you, so very, very much, on behalf of not only myself (who loves your clothing and has many, many items!) but also those living here who are unable to express their thanks themselves. You have made a significant and very real difference to the quality of people's lives, even if it seems such a small thing, having a choice of what to wear and that clothing not being second-hand and in a good condition is a new experience for many of these individuals.

“Awful service. I have ordered from this company a couple of times before and certainly won’t be ever again!
I have been trying to get in touch about an exchange for weeks now and they just completely ignore any form of communication. I bought with a discount code but their returns portal suggests to exchange the items for the right size I need to pay the full price and for delivery! You would think given the message they attempt to portray that they wouldn’t just leave a paying customer completely ignore. Purchase date was 28th November.”
“Horrifically over priced for truly awful quality. Like Temu does better shirts and these tops are not 80% cotton on any level. 100% polyester. And fruit of the loom has better quality. Adore their message and ethos. But the service and product they provide is truly awful. One of the arms of my hoodie has already come off. And I have not even worn it yet.”

We can’t get sad/cry or even talk because we were looked at differently if we ever did . So we keep it hidden . I can honestly say the best thing I ever did was talk . “I am very pleased with the quality and design of the t-shirt and fully support your BGST campaign. However, I will be reluctant to purchase again because of your returns policy. I was initially sent the wrong size (a 2XL, instead of the X-LARGE I ordered) but I had to pay to return the t-shirt and get an exchange.
This is a shame because my son (who the item is a present for) loves your clothing.”
