Awful service. I have ordered from this company a couple of times before and certainly won’t be ever again!
I have been trying to get in touch about an exchange for weeks now and they just completely ignore any form of communication. I bought with a discount code but their returns portal suggests to exchange the items for the right size I need to pay the full price and for delivery! You would think given the message they attempt to portray that they wouldn’t just leave a paying customer completely ignore. Purchase date was 28th November.
