Visited Sunday 22nd September. Ordered drinks from the bar then. Stood in queue for carvery. We were waiting 45 minutes in queue. The man carving meat was trying his best to stock up vegetables as well as serving meat and no one helping. When we were in the queue the vegetables were running out and I asked a staff member who was bagging up take away meals if anyone was going to fill these up and was told " we are doing our best" and then walked away. When we got to the front of the queue a lot of the veg bowls were empty. Beef was chewy, gravy was cold as on the side not in the hot plate, and drinks we ordered had gone cold. We have always had lovely meals and good service before but very unhappy today
