“Ordered a table for seven to then be moved to another table also ended up queuing up three times because the guy behind the bar kept insisting we wernt in the queue obviously under staffed very poor service and this isn’t the first time Iv been here and ended up having to complain”
“We had Sunday lunch and Brindley Farm. I have to say it was was busy and I was worried but the carvery was lovely . The meat was moist and very tasty and we all thought that the veg looked great too . The staff took a special order for my child as they are autistic and it is extremely important that there is nothing on their plate except what they wanted and order with no “green stuff” . Very often at many restaurants this is a problem but it was wonderful not to have any issues with this special order. Many thanks for a wonderful lunch , with no dishes !!! We will be back and thanks for being extremely helpful and friendly .”
“We visited today as its been a while since we last visited and we were absolutely disgusted by the staff with their mannerisms or should i say how little there was of any. They sat 3 people to a small round table that we only just fitted, plate and glass clean up was nonexistent, they say in there socials that its a family run business/ experience that is far beyond what we saw and experienced today, there was one staff member a blonde lady wearing a purple shirt and glasses she was the only staff member who we saw to actually speak and treat customers with respect. we have not had a bad experience to this degree at any other public house we will not be attending again in a hurry”
“Have been in the passted , book for boxing day, rang the pub 3 times staff said would get b back to me 're good never did and the meal today (Boxing Day) 2025, not good and staff did not seen to bothered 're us, but the family next to us help them out a lot. D o not tho I will be coming again for Christmas meal.”
“Usually great value for money, but todays visit was not good. Everything was nice and hot
but sadly, mostly inedible Turkey was bone dry, carrots undercooked as was the parsnips and cauliflower. Don't know what happened to the sprouts, but they tasted a little strange.”
“Visited for buffet breakfast on Valentine's Day, served quickly by Vinnie and buffet was fully stocked with fresh, hot food. Really enjoyed the breakfast, great value for money - one of our favourite places to come for breakfast 😀”
