“Customer service was great, made an error ordering using the app by ordering to the wrong table, but staff were so friendly and easily rectified this for us. Prices were good for what we got, loved my lasagne and chips and oh my goodness the sauce which came with my chicken strips was delicious! Last meal out of the year 2023
9 of us for a quick Christmas lunch and it was a lovely get together. Lovely atmosphere, great service, lovely lady who served us. Food really nice. No complaints here

“Gammon eggs chips & peas simple...eggs looked as if they're cooked on a shovel black around edges everything looked as if it had been thrown on the plate from 3ft away...swimming in oil...that's the 2nd bad episode there...never again.”
“Queued for lunch girl went when it was my turn leaving one girl at the bar.
I was then told they hadn’t got what I wanted she gave me an option I then returned to my wife to ask if she wanted the alternative.
Went back to order it waited another ten minutes in the queue and then was told they did have the alternative meal so we gave up and left.I think there needs to be some communication somewhere.

Beef to tough to cut when you did manage cut it put it in your mouth it was hard to chew glad we didn't have false teeth turkey was nice”
“I ordered my food to be delivered, two beef diners plus steak pie and chips £40? Only one meal arrived and now nobody is interested? They’ve been paid so they don’t care? They deliver through Just Eat and so they just blame each other? Terrible service and completely ruined our Saturday night.”
“The worst experience yet here. Paid fir a large carvery for my partner and the server would not give her extra meat and that is what you pay extra for. The beef was full of fat. And my meal took over 40 mins to come and was told 20. Had to remind a waiter that I was still waiting and it was not even busy. Absolutely terrible service and cost over 40 pounds. Really disappointed.”
