“We went for a birthday meal 7 out of 11 meals were cold all carvery when spoken to the staff was told her thermometer was reading right asked her to test the front vegetables and potatoes she refused and was extremely rude... after sending a main meal back on 3 occasions they still couldn't get the order correct I could understand if it was a very particular dish but it was quite original plain burger chips no sauce or salad and took over 3 attempts when it came out for the 4th time I told him take it back as was getting beyond a joke... staff members are rude manager is completely arrogant!”
“Very disappointed with Brindley Farm today, Sat 12th October 2024. Waited at bar to order drink and food for 20 minutes, not enough staff on bar. Queue for carvery 30 minutes, food not the best and tables not cleared of used plates. Still on table when we left one and three quarter hours later. Not enough staff on, could not cope with all the customers due to Christening party. Very poor service, wont be returning.”
“Visited Sunday 22nd September. Ordered drinks from the bar then. Stood in queue for carvery. We were waiting 45 minutes in queue. The man carving meat was trying his best to stock up vegetables as well as serving meat and no one helping. When we were in the queue the vegetables were running out and I asked a staff member who was bagging up take away meals if anyone was going to fill these up and was told " we are doing our best" and then walked away. When we got to the front of the queue a lot of the veg bowls were empty. Beef was chewy, gravy was cold as on the side not in the hot plate, and drinks we ordered had gone cold. We have always had lovely meals and good service before but very unhappy today”
“Came for breakfast looked nice but was cold.Did tell waitress when she came over to which oh sorry about that! Not good enough in my opinion. I have not got money to throw away.will not be going again!! Very disappointed 😞”
“Very dissatisfied with the waiting time for main meal which was ok somthings missing of one meal.went up to order desert which you hadn't got anything on the menu what we wanted.also not stated when you go in there are no big slices of cakes which you advertise.”
“Queued for lunch girl went when it was my turn leaving one girl at the bar.
I was then told they hadn’t got what I wanted she gave me an option I then returned to my wife to ask if she wanted the alternative.
Went back to order it waited another ten minutes in the queue and then was told they did have the alternative meal so we gave up and left.I think there needs to be some communication somewhere.

Beef to tough to cut when you did manage cut it put it in your mouth it was hard to chew glad we didn't have false teeth turkey was nice”
“I ordered my food to be delivered, two beef diners plus steak pie and chips £40? Only one meal arrived and now nobody is interested? They’ve been paid so they don’t care? They deliver through Just Eat and so they just blame each other? Terrible service and completely ruined our Saturday night.”
“The worst experience yet here. Paid fir a large carvery for my partner and the server would not give her extra meat and that is what you pay extra for. The beef was full of fat. And my meal took over 40 mins to come and was told 20. Had to remind a waiter that I was still waiting and it was not even busy. Absolutely terrible service and cost over 40 pounds. Really disappointed.”
