Totally shocking customer care
There was a mistake on my booking made by BA.
Got an email to say "contact us to discuss".
Took over 30 contact attempts spanning 7 hours and STILL not resolved.
The absolutely most shambolic customer support I have ever experienced.
Still waiting for the call back I was promised 2 weeks ago.
