We booked a flight from Hamburg to Sydney . We missed our transit flight because of fog and had to stay in London. British Airways organized everything as staying over night in a hotel and all the following flights. When we reached Sydney one day late one suitcase was missed and British Airways located it in London. 3 days later it was sent to our destination in Australia. Thank you for you help .
