The irony of airlines.
I booked a ticket with British Airways, and I wanted to change the ticket from my wife's name to my son's as we changed travel arrangements. I was told they had a policy preventing this and admitted that the low-budget airlines allowed changes to be made. They were right, as easyJet was very helpful and changed it immediately.
I thought providing a better service was implied when paying a premium price. I guess not.
