Such poor service. Booked flights and seats.
The flight time changed and without notification, we lost our booked seats.
Waited over two hours to talk to someone on a live chat, but they simply didn't care.
One of our group is 7 foot tall and another who's legs don't bend, so we booked and paid for extra legroom. This has now been lost.
Guess this is why people book with Easyjet.
