I have had a flight cancelled by BA. 9 calls always put on hold every time 180 minutes of my time wasted. customer relations to busy to take calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
