Ordered two hats for a wedding 3 weeks ago. The company has not reached out with an order status, order number or shipping number. I've emailed twice, and called their office just to get a rough idea of when i could expect it, and not even a courtesy email or call.
Judging from all these reviews this company does not respect their customers, and if i had read these reviews previous to ordering i would have went with another company.
