The website has numerous spelling errors, brokers scam links, and missing images which raises a fake company, I invested $173,883.00 on 1st April on the 22th April I found out they are professional  scammers so I tried to withdraw as much as I can on my profits but they allow only me $355,000 at a time monthly so I withdrew $355,000 but the money was never transferred to my bank account . It stayed pending .The woman who lured me into investing with this company begged me to cancel the withdrawal but I did not . Next they changed personal this time a man who seemed friendly and accepted to release my withdrawal if I cancel the the present action because the deposit was on 1st and withdrawal on the 22nd the financial inspector will think it’s money laundering .He said that today Saturday 26th April he will transfer the money . In the mean time they have denied me access to my account, waiting won't be of any help so I reported this case to the FBI and the FinCEN  immediately I was referred to contact a man called alexi victim with an email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who helped me recover all my funds back but still this company on people who did this haven't been caught

Horrible all around, do not order online, left guessing then canceled order a month later, quality has taken a nose dive, never again.

Black hats show discolouration from the sun within months of purchase. Left hat was purchased less than 2 months ago. Right hat was closer to a year ago. Customer service is poor. They do no care.

Went to Fashion Island store on a Saturday. Not one person was shopping. Three employee's behind the counter, all talking to each other, one folding t-shirts. We looked at the entire wall of hats, and found a pair of pants. Went to the dressing room that was 5 feet from the register, still not acknowledged. Tried the pants. Then went to put them back. Realized they were on sale, so back to the register to see how much they would be. Gal behind registers says, let me look. Other gentleman continues to fold clothes as if this is what makes the store money. Third gentleman moved towards front door. Transaction rang up we exited. Such a sad state of customer service.

Company is unethical and scammy. I ordered two items from Brixton both on sale. I received no updates for a week. Called and left a message inquiring about my items. Two hours later checked again my order had been cancelled and the two items I initially tried to purchase were on sale but for much less of a discount. Company does not honor its pricing or commitments. Zero integrity.

They refused to ship what I ordered, told me they had five in stock but they were all defective, refunded my order, and now there's two more for sale on their site, horrible company

Don’t buy anything from them! You won’t get ANY customer service. You won’t receive what you ordered. And they WILL keep your money. Shop somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nightmarish return process. Customer service is slow getting back to you if they get back to you at all. You're expected to provide photos of the items you're returning, charged a restock fee, the time to get credit back to your account is GLACIAL. They have some decent clothing but not worth the hassle. There's better clothing companies online run far more professionally with the customer at top of mind. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately very poor Unfortunately, Brixton is a very poor company. I've owned a few of their hats and they were okay. I recently purchased a new one and the hat doesn't match their description. I'm trying to return it and it is not easy and costly. Their team is also not helpful. Honestly, I would buy from another company

I needed to modify an order. A simple problem. I attempted to contact Brixton immediately after order and before shipment. I called 12 times, waited on hold and was told to leave messages. I left two voice messages and sent two e-mails. I heard nothing. My order has now been shipped. I now am expected to pay for a return, restock fee and reorder ($32). This was the most frustrating experience I have had in 40 years of ordering on-line.

I am completely fuming at the lack of customer service this company has. I have sent several emails and several voicemails and cannot reach anybody. It seems after reading these reviews this is very common. It is very disappointing. avoid this company.

I ordered a hat from the Brixton website, but it was too big, even though it was the same size as the exact same style of hat I have in a different color which fits perfectly. I emailed customer service several times and could not get a return shipping label for weeks. The return instructions on the Brixton website said that a return shipping label would be included, but it was not. I finally got a return label and sent it back but was not refunded. Again, I tried to reach out to customer service and eventually was issued a refund, but not until almost 2 weeks after they received the item back. I lost a significant amount of money because shipping was $13 which seems excessive for a small, lightweight hat, and I was charged an $8 restocking fee. Brixton makes cute, high-quality stuff, but I would never order from their website ever again. I would highly recommend placing an order from a third-party seller (i.e. Free People, Tilly's any other retailer that carries their brand) who offers free shipping and returns and has customer service that will actually get back to you.

Customer service from hell!!! I emailed 5 separate times and called 8 different times leaves a total of 7 voicemails. They finally got back with me with no apology and said they had no proof I had tried to contact them so many times. After hell and back I finally got my full refund. They suck don’t buy from them. Trust me!!!

Mail carriers switched halfway through the shipping of my sweater, from UPS to USPS. The new shipping label put on was one that was never included in the order—it went to a completely different city than what was listed as the recipient address, with no number address included so I couldn't even travel there and pick it up. USPS confirmed that it was Brixton that made a new, incorrect shipping label. I have emailed and called Brixton, left voicemails and everything. No response. I spent $60 (sale price + expedited shipping) for absolutely nothing.
