I ordered 4 things from Brixton on September 17th and it took until October 15th for 3/4 of the order to be ready, and estimated delivery for package 1 of 2 is not until October 21st. I reached out to customer service multiple times as I ordered a month in advance of a photoshoot on October 13th and did not have my items in hand for the shoot. Customer service skirted around the questions I had and did not really answer them either. Based on my experience I will definitely be buying anything Brixton through other retailers and small businesses that carry Brixton, as I ordered a Brixton item from a retailer that carries them and had it plenty of time prior to my photoshoot. Very disappointed in how Brixton currently is operating

Waited 3.5 months for 1 hat, and it never showed. Attempted contacting customer service through all available means with no help whatsoever. I wish I could 0 star this review.

I recommend not anyone ever order from Brixton. I’ve contacted you guys over and over again. It’s ridiculous. I’ve ordered 3 hats from you guys and I only got 1.5 hats. No ones returning calls but you were quick to take my money. I have pics of the return request and even the emails I had with you guys to back it up. When I purchased it I realized in the confirmation I selected Large instead of Medium. I immediately contacted you guys and you said it will be ok. I took pics, even sent you all the tracking number. Just wanted my size. YOU GUYS SENT IT BACK SAYING IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE! I followed procedure, I even brought another hat that same day. Still haven’t got that one either. But I got the return back. I have receipts and emails to back up all I am saying

Orderd a pair of jeans in June, tried calling and emailing regarding exchanges. No reply it is now August. Poor customer service! Called the store in Oceanside, very rude aswell-they basically were no help.

Ordered a hat a few days ago and when I tried to contact customer service to see if it would arrive soon, they have a fake customer service set up that always just says that they’re too busy to answer all phones, but in reality no one is getting answered. Total scam I know I’m not getting my hat or $60 back

Ordered a hat and after almost two weeks I reached out after no shipping notice. Two days later they send an email stating their short staffed and promised their working on it. Then a week later I get a message they are processing my return and I’m only receiving $27 of my $$44.95 that I was charged. I never received anything in the first place. This is a scam. I’ve tried calling and emailing with no response. I’ve contacted my bank to dispute. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wish I could give zero stars.

I wish i had read reviews before I ordered two hats from Brixton. I ordered two hats - different sizes so I could get right fit. One was way too big so I returned it but kept the other one. I finally did get a refund but with a huge “restocking fee” taken out of it. About $20 on a $70 hat. I won’t order from them again.

This companies customer service is absolutely terrible! It didn't used to be this bad a few years ago, there must have been some kind of change in the company which means this will keep happening. So just watch out if you decide to buy from Brixton. They never got back to me at all after my customer service inqury.

Ordered two hats for a wedding 3 weeks ago. The company has not reached out with an order status, order number or shipping number. I've emailed twice, and called their office just to get a rough idea of when i could expect it, and not even a courtesy email or call. Judging from all these reviews this company does not respect their customers, and if i had read these reviews previous to ordering i would have went with another company.

Thought they were reputable, but nothing more than a family of scamming shysters. I purchased a hat (I really wanted) along with a couple of masks. They maybe refunded for the hat (no explanation) and still shipped the masks (maybe). I inquired twice-no response (other than canned and non-applicable)..........I would not attempt to buy anything from them again.

Beware paying customers, stay away from Brixton website. Terrible, dishonest and completely misleading. Purchased a hat and received a defective one. Returned it on December 7, 2020. 6 phone calls and 13 text messages later "NOTHING". A TOTAL DISREGARD by Brixton for not standing behind their products and lack of cooperation. You have been informed, don't be their next victim.

I ordered toys for my daughters because the price was cheaper than Amazon. 1 month later the toys are not here. The track is showing “There is no information at this moment, be patient!!!!!!” It is totally a scam. They never answered my emails. What a horrible company.

Ordered several items and needed to return some. So far my returns were ignored although I kept all evidences of shipping (labels and tracking numbers). Now entering into legal actions.

They gave me a wrong shipping carrier information, so that I couldn’t track the items. It arrived, but that was damaged... Also, they said the backpack was out of stock, but they put the special discounted price for the out of stock product...

I purchased a mask at Nordstrom, I liked the water. The material and look are good but the ear straps are not adjustable. Way to large. Middle seam isn’t quite in the middle and when I talk or breathe the masks goes into my mouth and covers my nose. It’s suffocating.

Edit - The company did in fact refund my money. Nearly 2 months later. I would like to say that the company is not a scam, it is however extremely incompetent. The way they handle business is completely unacceptable for any business. If you love this brand order it from a trusted retailer. If you order from the website expect delayed shipping if you order the wrong size expect your refund to be super delayed. I've been a huge supporter of this company throughout the years and they just lost a super fan. Check out these other reviews, this many people can not be wrong. If I were the owner of Brixton I would fire myself because let's face it, it all starts from the top.

This company is definitely a scam, they have the absolute worst customer service. They will not refund your money after you send the merchandise back. All I wanted to do was get the correct size. It's been 5 months and no refund. They pretend to give you one, they tell you they will and then....... nothing. Shame on this company for robbing people, especially in the middle of a pandemic.
