The worst experience ever!! It was my first time ordering from this company and my last time, I didn't want to believe the negative reviews, now I totally believe them 100000000% 🙋‍♀️ This email is to inform you Order # 2020-5286 has been cancelled due to potential fraudulent activity. Edit - The company did in fact refund my money. Nearly 2 months later. I would like to say that the company is not a scam, it is however extremely incompetent. The way they handle business is completely unacceptable for any business. If you love this brand order it from a trusted retailer. If you order from the website expect delayed shipping if you order the wrong size expect your refund to be super delayed. I've been a huge supporter of this company throughout the years and they just lost a super fan. Check out these other reviews, this many people can not be wrong. If I were the owner of Brixton I would fire myself because let's face it, it all starts from the top.

This company is definitely a scam, they have the absolute worst customer service. They will not refund your money after you send the merchandise back. All I wanted to do was get the correct size. It's been 5 months and no refund. They pretend to give you one, they tell you they will and then....... nothing. Shame on this company for robbing people, especially in the middle of a pandemic.

I ordered over two weeks ago and the goods have never arrived.. They ignore all emails so I have now reported this possible scam to my credit card company and the CMA to investigate. If you're thinking of buying anything my advice would be dont.......

My return was never received or processed, and I lost almost $200. Customer support was not helpful in resolving. As cute as their items are, customer beware.

I ordered face masks and never even received them! They won’t issue me a refund or replace the items! DO NOT order from them. I have opened a complaint with the BBB and the BBB hasn’t even received a response From them

Hey, I was a little hesitant after seeing all these 1 star reviews, but was desperate for face masks and these actually looked pretty nice online (as nice as a face mask can look!)... so risked it. I have to say though, super happy with the product, fits perfectly and absolutely not issues with the quality. I did have to email their customer support team (not holding my breath for a response after some of these comments), but they came back the very next morning, very pleasant and helpful! I don't usually leave reviews, but didn't think it was fair the bad rep they have on here, but appreciate you can only comment on your experience. I personally will definitely shop there again.

I ordered one size fits most masks. Not only did they not fit my husband or grown sons, they don’t fit me - a small woman with a small head/face. I had several women friends try on the masks and they were too small for everyone. I spent $80 and Brixton won’t issue a refund.

What a disappointment this company is. Truly. After being gifted a beautiful hat that I was excited to wear, I reached out to customer service to exchange for the appropriate size. This is a brand new, unused item and I was informed there is absolutely no method available to exchange sizes. A simple exchange that any retailer can accommodate and they are absolutely unwilling to assist. I also attempted to call and discuss on the phone as I thought surely there was some misunderstanding, but they do not reply to call. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from them and will be sure to let everyone know that as well.

These people are a joke!!! instead of addressing the issue with over charging and charging me a restock fee, they send me a nasty email. Spend your money else where. They will steal and make up rules as they go along.

Don't shop here. Ordered womans hat and received a mans. Got email stating they refunded $14.11 of my $26.11. Are they kidding me. They are one of the WORST companies.

Fat man approached me and my friend (two nice little skinny ladies) and said we were being kicked out because we brought 1 seltzer. I will personally never go back there, he kept speaking on his radio as if we had been caught murdering someone. Shame on that man. Get a life bro.

Do not buy from this company. Will charge your card several times. I’ve sent several emails for them to contact me by phone (Not email) and they just won’t. They will email you back and claim everything is fine. Don’t waste your time with these guys

These folks are a scam My wife ordered a hat before Christmas with the The guarantee that it would be delivered on the 24th. She never heard from them again. There is no email regarding processing of the order. They charged my account the $75. I have tried several times to get a hold of your customer service via phone and now by email do not order from Brixton clothing line they are a scam

I had a couple of issues that I needed to address but their customer service department is impossible to reach. you can only email or leave a voice message, and get an automated response to your email. terrible customer service, I would never do business with them again.

Took 2 weeks to get order and right before shipping, after I had to contact them several times about order, they cancelled to items stating not in stock. Poor customer service or the lack there of. No email contacting me about delay. When I spoke to a person, she stated it was because of the holidays, Reallly,!!!! It was the 1st of December. Then she offered me free shipping on next order. That was no deal as most give free shipping anyway. I will NEVERRRRR shop with them again
