I purchased duplicate items by mistake and tried cancelling it every which way I could through BRIXTON misleading website. I purchased the items twice. The company was not understanding as a matter of fact they have caused stress in making things worse. All I asked for was a full refund on the items that I had duplicates of. They’re charging me a restock fee and for shipping instead of refunding my credit card for the entire amount. I was told by an agent that the item was confirmed and could not be cancelled. I purchased the item on May 28th, on June 2nd they emailed a return label. The item didn’t ship until the following week. He stated over weekends and holidays they do not check their system for cancellations before submitting orders to their warehouse. With all the time that went by and the urgency of my MULTIPLE emails amd call you’d think they would cancel my order. But no they still allowed everything to process. They told me BLATANTLY repeatedly that they are charging me a restocking fee as well as shipping cost basically that I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY FULL AMOUNT BACK. I will be share my experience, correspondence, review, etc with The better business bureau, Instagram as well as my YouTube channel to make people aware of what has happened to me and of what could potentially happen to them. No one should have to go through so my aggravation and stress just to cancel an order. I did not ask for anything besides a FULL REFUND of the duplicated order. I sent numerous messages through Brixton website, email and phone call. As a matter of fact when the return label was email to me a weeks before the package arrived the agent did not state such fees. Brixton your company lacks integrity and it’s a shame that despite the policy you “say you” have (which is NOT on your check out page, nor pops up when you check out with PAYPAL which I did. It’s at the back of your website) honored this one time FULL REFUND and not charge me anything. That’s what a company with integrity does for its customers (I was a repeat customer at that) I have purchased plenty of times from your BRAND and also have referred people to purchasing from you of which I have proof of their sales. Why have an option to CANCEL if you’re not going to stop the order??? This is just disgusting and I learned a valuable lesson spending my money with BRIXTON.
