How can a company this big have such HORRIBLE customer service?? I’ve been waiting for days to get a call back or an email to return a very expensive jacket that’s poor quality that I don’t want to keep. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Leave a voicemail, can’t get a call back. Can’t get an email back. Save your money and don’t buy from this company.
