They refuse to refund flights they confirmed were cancelled. Airline had never received the money so their excuse that they are waiting for the airline to refund is a lie.
Do not give them your money. They have no intention of proceeding with flights and will not refund you.
Their customer service is limited to email via their website which returns errors to stop you from submitting.
BudgetAir are thieves. Nothing more.
