If I could give 0 stars I would! SCAM COMANY! I bought tickets on their website and then they sent me an email at 1130pm, the night before my flight, stating that my departing flight is cancelled because there are no seats available. They did nothing to accommodate and would not cancel my departing flight either. How the hell am I supposed to fly on my return flight if I can’t get to my destination in the first place? On top of that my “refund” is 20% of my total payment, which I’m not even convinced I’ll get back at this point either. When speaking to them you can only chat and the agent keeps giving the same scripted response that I should call the airline and deal with the them myself, that too in the middle of the night when the airlines aren’t even open to speak to? How is this company expecting the customer to correct their mistake? Why are they offering seats to a flight if they can’t guarantee the seats are available? NEVER BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM
