I've been waiting 11 months for a refund from this outfit. they hadn't even applied to the airline for a refund it seemed.
In other words they're the very worse of cynical zero service fraudster operators and if anything goes amiss with your booking or flight no amount of pestering will ever see you get satisfaction from their stone wall 'customer service' operation.
Avoid this company.
I will involve lawyers next because it's a matter of principle.
