These scammers don’t even deserve one star rating . Absolutely terrible customer service , they don’t have a phone line and their chat feature is very slow.
I tried to change my flight and they quoted an insane amount, it was more than twice the amount if I rebooked a new flight.
They are very sketchy when you ask for information and evry agent quoted a different cancellation / change fee , which is just a scam.
Please don’t use their service or you would be in for a nasty surprise if you need to change / cancel your flight.
