I've booked flights through BudgetAir. The airline postponed one flight by a few hours and cancelled the other, meaning many hours at one airport and waiting overnight at another. I called the airline to cancel and ask for a refund. They said I had to do it through BudgetAir, which has no helpline. I contacted the live chat, and the person at the other end said she couldn't help, but someone else would be in touch. I am still waiting.
