If you booked through Skyscanner contact them and complain about them and ask them to remove Budgetair from their website. And if you are fortunate to be from an european country you can fill a complain through this : https://e-justice.europa.eu/42/EN/small_claims
More they get feedback and more this company will be in trouble , hopefully,
