This people are fraud my flight has cancelled from Ukraine airline when I asked for refund from budgetair they said will refund your money within 3to5 working days but after 7days past I phoned them to find out what happened to my refund they said you will get it within 45days and not the full money £480 less and customer service phone line is very bad . So I have to get my bank involved with this case.
