AVOID AT ALL COST
No way to contact budget air, impossible to contact them in emergency regarding flight issue. Number available under ticket is always closed. No opening or closing times on website.
Once ticket booked it gives information on luggage, I had known no luggage was added on flight I would not have booked it. Now their terms says changes charge is £55.00 absolutely rip off.
Worse service provider in whole of United kingdom, local shopkeeper provides better service then budget air.
